About the Role
Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM, EDR, and firewall solutions. Perform initial analysis, investigation, and incident triage. Escalate security incidents to higher support levels when required. Monitor endpoint and network security events. Maintain incident reports and security documentation. Support vulnerability management and security compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of cybersecurity or SOC experience.
- Basic knowledge of SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, Microsoft 365 Security, Windows/Linux, and Networking.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) holders will be preferred.
